We opened in 1978 with a single rule: at least two of everything. No waiting in line. No watered-down machines. No theater. Forty years later that same code still runs the room.

Bodybuilders, powerlifters, ex-college athletes, and locals who have been training in the same building for decades — all under one roof, training next to each other, on the same equipment, at the same hours. That is the gym.

Holiday hours run shorter and are posted at the front desk. Closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
