Billing & Subscription Policy

This policy describes how The San Clemente Gym bills for paid services and subscriptions.

Pricing

Prices for products and subscriptions are shown at the point of sale and may change with notice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal price is the then-current advertised price.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will attempt to charge the payment method again. After repeated failures, service may be suspended until payment is restored.

Refunds

Refund requests should be sent to thesanclementegym@gmail.com. Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.

Tax

Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Disputes

Contact us at thesanclementegym@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve directly.
