Refund & Return Policy

This policy describes when and how you can return purchases made from The San Clemente Gym.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Some items (digital downloads, customized goods, perishables) may be non-returnable; this will be noted on the product page.

How to start a return

Contact us at thesanclementegym@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of our receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a refund followed by a new order.

Damaged or defective items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
